5 Years of Kreating Magic: Zain Delawalla’s Social Kapture Journey

Time flies when you're creating amazing work! Today, we're celebrating Zain Delawalla’s 5-year anniversary at  Social Kapture. His expertise and dedication have helped bring our agency's vision to life while strengthening the way we serve our clients.

The Journey Began

Zain joined Social Kapture in June 2021 as a Social Media Coordinator. Since then, his role has evolved significantly. After starting on the creative team, he moved into influencer marketing and eventually transitioned into account management.

As an Account Manager, Zain has grown from managing single-property accounts to leading portfolio-level strategy, developing more proactive client touchpoints, and supporting an expanding range of Social Kapture's service offerings. His well-rounded experience across the agency has given him a unique perspective that allows him to shape both client strategy and company initiatives.

Key Milestones

Throughout his time at Social Kapture, Zain has:

• Helped onboard a major portfolio of 20+ communities, creating a streamlined process for future portfolio onboardings.

• Refined Social Kapture's influencer marketing campaign process and helped design unique campaigns that support client goals.

• Facilitated the refresh of the Client Orientation Presentation, adding more educational tools to strengthen the client onboarding experience.

• Developed and refined the Strategy Call process for Premium and Exclusive clients.

• Facilitated ads tracking documents to help guide clients through setup.

• Consistently provided guidance to team members to strengthen the team's skills and capabilities.
