A Look Back: Alexis's Journey
Alexis joined Social Kapture in July 2023 as Operations Coordinator. Throughout her time here, she has consistently demonstrated strong ownership of interdepartmental initiatives and a strategic approach to operational challenges.
Some highlights of her journey include:
Hosting Social Kapture's first Operations training during the Annual Retreat, where she empowered team members to create their own standard operating procedures and actively contribute to process improvements.
Ideating the new Service Development SOP, which will streamline the development of new pilots and transform how the company rolls out services.
Assisted with the launch of our new employee enablement program by developing a curriculum to enhance cross-departmental knowledge, which was successfully rolled out at this year’s Annual Retreat.
Helped ideate touch-points, including executive drop-ins, to give employees more opportunities to ask our executive team about any high-level company updates.
These contributions reflect Alexis's ability to see the bigger picture while staying deeply involved in the coordination that makes operations run smoothly.

"Moving forward, I aim to strengthen our Internal Communication Frameworks for 2026. With the recent launch of our employee enablement program and our internal newsletter, The Skroll, I want to focus on keeping the team updated on major developments. Ultimately, I hope that by the end of this year, we have clear systems and structures in place that equip our team with the knowledge they need to stay informed, engaged, and aligned across the company."
