A Look Back: Alexis's Journey

Alexis joined Social Kapture in July 2023 as Operations Coordinator. Throughout her time here, she has consistently demonstrated strong ownership of interdepartmental initiatives and a strategic approach to operational challenges.

Some highlights of her journey include:

• Hosting Social Kapture's first Operations training during the Annual Retreat, where she empowered team members to create their own standard operating procedures and actively contribute to process improvements.

  
  

• Ideating the new Service Development SOP, which will streamline the development of new pilots and transform how the company rolls out services.

• Assisted with the launch of our new employee enablement program by developing a curriculum to enhance cross-departmental knowledge, which was successfully rolled out at this year’s Annual Retreat.

• Helped ideate touch-points, including executive drop-ins, to give employees more opportunities to ask our executive team about any high-level company updates.

These contributions reflect Alexis's ability to see the bigger picture while staying deeply involved in the coordination that makes operations run smoothly.
