Prospects see your ad on their Instagram or Facebook feed
They click the call-to-action button
A custom form appears with their information pre-populated
They complete additional qualifying questions (floor plan preferences, move-in date, etc.)
Leads sync directly to your SK Dashboard
Your team receives daily email notifications and can download leads anytime
Note: You won't see Prospect Generator campaigns on your community's page as a post. These ads show up on users' feeds only.
Best Practices For Success
Time is of the essence with a Prospect Generator campaign. Best practices for successful results include confirmation, clarity, and communication with leads.
Follow up within 24 hours: Inside the first 24 hours, your community is still fresh in your prospect's mind, boosting the chances they'll schedule a tour. We recommend following up with leads within 24 hours of their form submission.
Keep information current: If you have updated information that will better help prospects self-qualify (like new rental rates), share that information in the Content Request Tool in the SK Dashboard as soon as possible. Each change can take 2-3 business days to go into effect.
Download leads regularly: Leads are available for 45 days in the Dashboard. Please ensure you download them regularly.
