We’re very excited to introduce Montana Monardes, the newest member of our Social Kapture team! Montana has joined us as an Account Manager, bringing a unique blend of hospitality, marketing, and creative production experience to our growing agency. With his background in leasing, resident relations, and content creation, he’s a perfect fit to help our clients shine on social media.
About Montana
Montana’s professional journey weaves together more than a decade of customer service with a passion for creativity. Before joining Social Kapture, he worked on-site at a luxury high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles, where he managed everything from leasing and event planning to resident communications and social media marketing.
Alongside the on-site experience, he has spent over ten years running his own production company, specializing in photography, video, and content creation for brands, individuals, and organizations. This combination of customer-focused service and creative storytelling fuels his ability to build strong relationships and create meaningful, brand-aligned experiences.
Montana's Role at Social Kapture
As an Account Manager, Montana plays a key role in supporting our clients and helping their communities stand out online. He’s most excited about getting to know his clients personally, believing that genuine connections create the strongest partnerships and the most impactful results.

Montana joined the team in July 2025, making him the newest member of the business development team. Even in his first few months, he’s already making waves:
Bringing a fresh perspective to service offerings and workflows
Drawing on his on-site background and photography expertise to shape communications
Strengthening his skills in organization, strategy, and client collaboration

Beyond the Office
When he’s not working with clients, Montana can almost always be found creating. He has designed websites, written and produced short films, and directed countless photography sessions.
Outside of his creative projects, he loves beach days with friends, hiking Runyon Canyon with his sister, watching the latest films, or delivering a stage-worthy karaoke performance (choreography included!).
Looking Ahead
Montana is eager to continue meeting his clients and building lasting relationships. He’s committed to delivering the same above-and-beyond level of service that has defined his career so far and looks forward to making a lasting impact at Social Kapture.
