Social Kapture turns 10 this week, and it's been an incredible journey! Since its inception in 2016, our Founder & CEO has had a vision of creating an agency that puts social media at the forefront of the multifamily industry. With a lot of hard work, dedication, and a team of innovative experts, Social Kapture has become one of the leading multifamily marketing agencies with over 250 partners across the nation.
From favorite memories to future goals, our Leadership Team took a moment to reflect on what their time at Social Kapture has been like.
Erin Johnson, Business Development Manager

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: One of my earliest memories at Social Kapture was being brand new and spending hours making hundreds of intention bracelets together for an event, even if our fingers were sore by the end of it! That experience really set the tone for my career at SK and what it means to be part of this team. It showed me early on the level of dedication, care, and willingness to go above and beyond that defines how we serve our clients.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I'm excited to continue serving our industry in the social space because now more than ever, it's such a needed service. I look forward to building on the relationships we've cultivated with our clients and seeing how our team continues to grow and evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of our industry. I'm especially excited to continue elevating our content and services, pushing creative boundaries while staying rooted in strategy and results for our clients.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? "Multifamily" truly lives up to its name; it really is a family. I've been in the industry since I was 19 years old, and over the years, I've seen how expansive yet close-knit this community is. I love staying connected with so many colleagues and clients, and those relationships are truly invaluable. They're at the core of our ethos and what Social Kapture prides itself on.
Ivy Facio, VP of Marketing & Growth

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: The first time I got to travel with the team for conferences. Being able to connect with clients and friends in person is always fulfilling, and I loved how Social Kapture navigated that part of the job. It felt natural and fun, not forced.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I'm looking forward to doing more creative, KPI-driven initiatives between our business development and marketing teams. I want us to really show up for our clients in a way that's both strategic and bold.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? It's a big industry that somehow feels really small. You see the same familiar faces across companies, and when you have a great product, those relationships follow you everywhere. I love that.
Jessica Atkinson, Director of Content Production

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: Honestly, there are too many to pick a favorite, but if I had to pick one, it would be hosting the first-ever Content Refresh for the CP department.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I look forward to watching our team continue to innovate, develop, and fill in the gaps for all of our multifamily partners.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? My background is in multifamily, so what I love most is being able to provide services to our clients that I know make an impact and connect with their prospects.
Joanne Patterson, Finance and Team Success Manager

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: Our team building event, "Yoga on the Beach." It was the summer of 2019, our office was located at the beach, and it provided a great refreshing activity near our home base that reminded us to re-center, as a team, mid-year.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I continue to look forward to seeing Social Kapture's growth in new ideas and social media marketing services. Which then evolves into real, successful offerings for our clients.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? As social media marketing continues to expand and evolve, I truly appreciate the trust our clients place in our team to lead strategies that help develop their brand in the social media marketing space.
Greg McCoy, VP of Paid Advertising

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: When we first landed the Greystar Recommended Supplier Partner designation. It signified we were being taken seriously in the industry.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows?: Excited to keep evolving and offering new products and strategies to clients.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? We can influence the entire industry based on the strategies we select.
Kelly Stack, VP of Operations

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: My favorite memories at Social Kapture are all from our team development days, like the Annual Retreat or our summer philanthropy days. Our team is always great at embracing themes — from Barbie Summer to Twilight at Halloween! Having dedicated time to collaborate and grow together is not only great for the agency, but so fun.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I'm excited to see how our team continues to embrace changes to social media and technology. The industry landscape is ever-evolving, so there is never a dull moment working in social! I know SK will be on the cutting-edge in our next ten years, just like we have been in our first ten years.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? I love being a problem-solver for our clients. It's so rewarding when we get to provide the solution for a client and give them the feeling of relief and confidence in their marketing strategy.
Lisa Tomsick, VP of Customer Experience

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: One of my favorite things has been watching the strong vision of our founder from the beginning of Social Kapture shape our evolution into the company it is today, while maintaining the genuine care for our clients and team and a commitment to execution.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? I'm excited to see how we continue elevating the client experience and becoming more innovative. AI and technology can amplify what we do, while still keeping the human relationships that matter so much.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? Multifamily is very relationship-driven, and I love the partnership aspect of working with our clients. I enjoy helping clients feel supported, understood, and confident in the work we're doing together over time.
Annette Valle, Founder & CEO

Favorite Memory at Social Kapture: Ten years ago, I started Social Kapture with a vision and a whole lot of belief in what this industry needed. Looking back, my favorite memory is not one moment. It is the collection of all of them. The first campaigns, the team members who poured their hearts into this work and grew alongside this company, the milestones we celebrated together, and even the hard seasons that made us stronger.
What are you looking forward to as the agency grows? What I'm most excited about for the future is our ability to grow alongside our partners, expanding our capabilities, embracing new technology, and evolving with the ever-changing social and digital landscape in ways that create real results.
What do you love most about working with our clients and the multifamily industry? What I love most about this industry is the meaning behind the work. It's more than marketing. It's helping people find their home. Getting to do that alongside the incredible partners we serve is something I will never take for granted.
