Time flies when you're creating amazing work! Today, we're celebrating Diana Custodio's 5-year anniversary at Social Kapture. Her adaptability, innovation, and dedication have played an important role in helping our team grow and better serve our clients.
The Journey Began
Diana joined Social Kapture in August 2021 as a Client Services Coordinator. She initially focused on maintaining internal records and processes before shifting into client-facing responsibilities, including onboarding and troubleshooting client requests related to social access, the Dashboard, and content requests.
In mid-2024, Diana transitioned into an Account Manager role, a position focused on strategy, creative thinking, and relationship building. Today, she continues to focus on streamlining Social Kapture's processes and finding smarter ways to serve clients.

Led client onboarding, setting new clients up for long-term success
Improved internal audit processes to keep accounts running smoothly
