Diana’s SK Journey

Diana first joined Social Kapture in August 2021 as a Client Services Coordinator. Her strong communication skills, client-first mindset, and ability to problem-solve quickly became clear strengths.

In April 2024, she officially stepped into the role of Account Manager, marking a major milestone in her career with SK. She has been an essential part of the team for the last four years, growing alongside the company and helping shape our client experience.

Onboarding Customer Journey - Diana helped restructure this process for a smoother start-to-finish experience that gets communities up and running faster

Local Customer Journey - Diana played a key role in building this new journey to better connect with community-focused clients who want that neighborhood feel
