Kayla joined Social Kapture in February 2024 as a Business Development Coordinator. Her ability to analyze challenges, streamline processes, and build strong client relationships quickly became clear strengths.

In her day-to-day, Kayla connects with clients and teammates by building trust, communicating clearly, and approaching challenges from multiple angles. For Kayla, this means strengthening relationships, improving client experiences, and helping teams work more efficiently together.
Beyond the Office
When she’s not supporting clients and collaborating with the team, you’ll find Kayla doing mat Pilates, indoor cycling, weight lifting, or running and attending music festivals and live shows. She also loves thrifting, exploring new coffee or matcha shops, trying unique local restaurants, and traveling to experience new places and cultures. That same energy, curiosity, and creativity she brings to her free time carries over into her role at SK.
